1. Shipping Methods

We offer the following shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 2pm IST will be processed the next business day.

3. Delivery Estimates

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

4. International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes which are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Tracking updates depend on the carrier.

6. Shipping Restrictions

We cannot ship to PO boxes or military addresses. Some items may have additional shipping restrictions.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

eStore is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered by the carrier. Please contact us immediately if you encounter this issue.

8. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
