Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company. If you still haven't received your refund, contact us.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
